Volunteer

Equus is always in need of responsible volunteers. Would you like to:

• Learn how to be a sidewalker or horse leader for therapeutic riding lessons?
• Help groom and tack horses for lessons or special events?
• Trailer horses to off-farm events?
• Clear trails, paint fences, or do other outdoor work?
• Help us raise funds?

We have set up the Moses Fund in honor of our first Equus horse, who began the program

25 years ago and is now enjoying a well-earned retirement. Your tax-deductible donations can help us continue to make Equus Therapeutic, Inc., a viable place for riders with special needs.

Your donations in any amount help horses AND riders. The horses need feed, supplements, meds, shoes,

training, equipment, and TLC.

Riders often need scholarships. In fact, our biggest need at the moment is scholarship money so that riders who are facing financial need can continue with their valuable equine therapy sessions.
